The service department was clean, and the guys were professional and helpful. The quiet waiting area was nice so that I could conduct my work without disturbing, or being disturbed by others.

To check each warning light is one service fee, terrible. In top of that, the service I paid for it still doesn't work.

My lead service advisor, Steve, was excellent. However, I had prescheduled a simple oil change because I knew I'd be in the area. We arrived at 11:15am on a Monday. He believed it would take a couple hours because for some reason the staff was short-handed that day. I understand things happen, but with the use of technology, particularly texting, the team could have told me it would be a longer than usual visit and ask if I wanted to reschedule. Ultimately, the car was not even finished by 4pm. I had to get home for other commitments, and subsequently return to pick up the car on Tuesday morning. A rather significant inconvenience for a simply oil change. I was offered no discount, just a sincere apology from Steve, which I did appreciate and believed was heartfelt. These situations are avoidable. Communication before is the key and could have been done with a simple text. Without Steve this would have been a very, very poor experience.
