Christian was very helpful from our first visit to the final purchase and pick up of the car. Once I figured out all the features, color and style I wanted he was able to find the vehicle for me, drove to get it and bring it back so we could purchase it.

This service visit was primarily a follow-up to finish a recall job that stalled due to lack of parts. The primary purpose was accomplished. And three other recall campaign actions were also completed. I'm not happy about the number of recalls plaguing the ID.4 but that's on the manufacturer not the service team. The service team did a great job of keeping me informed and gets credit for realizing that parts were available to satisfy a recall that was not planned for this service visit. I also appreciated the transportation arranged by the service team while my car was being serviced.

Service is great. Always greeted quickly, staff very friendly. Facility is nice and setup very well for those that choose to wait on their vehicle to be completed.

Going in I was expecting the usual hard type sales. Just the opposite. Mike did a great Job and lowered my stress and raised my expectations of how this should go.
