Great communication from the service dept, helped me complete my claim and kept me up to date on the progress. Very pleased with this team. I did however get another flat and could not locate my wheel lock anywhere in the vehicle, I believe it wasn’t returned to my vehicle when the spare was placed back in the trunk, would appreciate follow up on this.

I love the customer service that Steve provides to us. However, the service department is very slow to get the issues in my car fix and it is hard to believe that dont detected the other issues whenever the ara doing the quality review of the service. My car when in with issues with gas smell, they replaced the gas tank and gave me my vehicle with the same gasoline smell. I took it back and they kept to fixed something else with the gasoline. i got my vehicle back and it wasn't even two weeks whenever I took it back to the service department. The car was having sensors making noises and lights were coming on. The engine light too. I decided to leave at the service department at the time because it was not point to have it at my house unable to drive. The car was in the service department for almost a month. they even got it out of their calendar becase I had an appoint schedule whenever the car was at the service department. I am not satisfy with the length of time and the car having issues related to to the same part/area of the vehicle.
