The individuals that served us were great, that’s not where my rating comes from. I am really frustrated the pending ‘fixes’ that are yet to be figured out. My Atlas is 7 months old. It should have minimal issues, if any, and it has a laundry list. The amount of negative equity on it makes it highly impractical to get rid of. I feel taken advantage of and will never get a VW again. I definitely share my experience with others new car shopping too. No one should go through this with a new vehicle purchase.

Came for a scheduled oil change and got blasted with “recommended” service add ons. No one explained if diagnosis went well and the car was returned without even a simple power wash.

Service team seems fairly uninterested in customer concerns. I feel that I have to repeat myself a number of times and stress my concerns even for a note to be written down. This is particularly frustrating given that my car is a 2024 and I purchased it from this very dealer. I’m considering switching where I chose to have my car serviced.
