the work on my ID4 computer and door handles seem fine. BUT 2 days after i opened the drivers side rear door and all the door insulation strip fell out-- what? that is really strange. is it connected to the door handle work ? it was fine before the car came in. could be coincidence- but strange. it needs to be fixed. i will bring VW ID4 back in.

I was annoyed that I was charged $200 to be told I needed a software update. That just seems like something a customer should not be charged for. If a software update was done, shouldn’t the dealership be aware that happened and be able to update the software? I was also upset that I had an appointment time and was told the “update won’t take long” but the dealership still had my car all day—approximately 7:30 am until 4 pm.

Steve as a Service Coordinator does a great job of setting and meeting accurate and Customer expectations and following up on required work to be done I am very impressed that your store has appointed Jim Teaters as the Customer Satisfaction Coordinator. This is something that Tom Woods has needed for the 21 years that we have driven Volkswagens Customers coming back is required in almost any business and these 2 individuals will certainly do that based on their actions and behavior
