setting up appointments is simple however the service options that I chose weren't apparently clear to the service associate so I essentially had to go through the list or menu of options all over again upon arrival. The service area was very clean and the amenities offered to waiting customers were very nice. It would be nice if when making an appointment, they provided you with approximate time to complete service so you could plan on whether or not you wanted to wait for service or simply drop off. This is not clear on site to make appointment and not clearly communicated to me upon arrival for the actual service.
