It's easy to get an appointment. The Service Advisors are all friendly, with this visit it was Blake, but Steve has managed my maintenance several times also. Both are knowledgeable, they always keep me updated even with the big glass windows so I can watch the service as it happens. The facility is new, very clean and with multi-spaces to choose from, (I love your kids), I took the quite lounge to work in and had a snack from the cafe. I'm sure all the Tom Wood Dealerships operate with this level of professionalism, but this is my slice-of-service in Noblesville. Oh, and thanks Victor for the car wash at pick-up... very shiny! I en
