    My main concern when I brought my vehicle in was the radio. They addressed issues I didn't mention but never said a thing about the radio. When I asked about it, they told me they were going to upgrade the software. If they did, it didn't work. My radio is still not working correctly. The car is too young for the radio to have died!!

    I had a service appointment at 11a and it was 12p before they even started working on my car.

    Marcia. I’m sorry we didn’t make the mark managing your appointment time. It’s not what we want either. Similarly with your Passat, every Volkswagen serviced at Tom Wood VW in Noblesville includes a free multi-point inspection. As a result, often an inspection alerts a guest of additional needs, or perhaps they request to add a non-estimated repair, or sometimes a vehicle scheduled earlier has a problematic diagnosis. Any or all of these may influence how service times flow, but not the order of scheduled arrivals. Everyone has a turn, and we ask for your understanding as many possibilities might have influenced how this inconvenience affected you. Every consideration is taken to ensure all guests have their moment for complete maintenance.
