    My 2021 Jetta has had issues with the Blutooth since I got the car. It’s been in the shop 3 times for it and hasn’t been fixed.

    I had researched the Taos already so I was pretty sure that was the car I would buy based on my research. We were greeted in a timely manner and a Taos was made available for a test drive. Driving the Taos convinced me to make the purchase.

    Master technician couldn't find what's wrong with my car after I went in twice for diagnosis. First time the car was shaking sideways between 35-55MPH and he said it's the break and rotor. I replaced them and no change. Second time he said there is a bent in a rim. I seeked help from a regular mechanic and It was the CV axle. I just couldn't understand how the VW dealership maintenance couldn't even diagnose the issue.

    Mark, I’m sorry to read your review and very concerned how communications didn’t clearly explain the many factors contributing to the vibration you have. The Service Advisors provided the diagnostic concerns that were revealed by inspection. Deeply wrapped rotors with fried brake pads, suspension concerns, (that includes the CV Joint), engine leaks, aftermarket parts and significant deferred maintenance at 70K we’re all shared as part of the service needs and documented estimate for repairs. You elected not to have it serviced here with us, and we were sorry to see you go. However, if the vehicle would have remained with us for its repairs, all the condition would have been repaired in the order to eliminate the serious vibration you pulled in with. We’ve never worked on your Tiguan, and while it’s always a pleasure to service a new guest, the election to hopscotch your repairs didn’t help either one of us. I’m truly sorry for the issues that followed how you see them. I’m also very confident in our Service team. I just wish you would have let us repair your vehicle needs.
